In October of 2022 I developed the condition known as osteo melonitis. In August of 2025, I went back to the hospital because of pressure wounds that I had developed as a result of wearing my prosthetics. Dr Chong and I discuss my option . However the second surgery was it as radical himself and his fabulous PA Connie did an excellent job. Their office staff already light they do their job very well they're very kind considerate respectful of the patient Dr Chung couldn't have picked a better team to work for him. they are helpful they are frankly a delight to work with I have no complaints about Dr Chung and if I only had one brother he would be it.let Dr Chung looks fool you, turns out that serious face has serious fun you just got to know the back way door in he's a terrific guy I wish you would have been my big brother. But hopefully this will be the last time around I could recommend a better surgeon and Dr Chung believe me my name is Ruben brojas

Dr choung is a very good doctor he did all my surgery I will recognize anyone to go to him that's why I came back to him again cuz I have my knees yet and I have a problem again with my niece and he give you detail the detail what's going on

As a new patient my conversation with the office staff when I requested to be put on the canceled patient appointment list in hopes of getting an earlier appointment date and time and some repairs to relieve the rip in my shoulder. What I got instead was, contempt for asking, along with grief and excuses why they would not (later found out that one was available) reschedule my appointment displaying a great deal of arrogance and ineptitude. If you're reading this then I strongly suggest that you find another orthopedic service, especially if their surgeon's treatment of the patients is anything like their office staff.

We are new to Florida, so it’s hard to find good doctors when you don’t know anybody we found. Dr. Choung referred to us by another one of his patients. The service was excellent. The entire staff all the way to the person answering the phone were excellent would recommend him his office to anyone

I've been to many other medical practices, but this one by far is the best. Took me on schedule, listened to my concerns, took action. Within 12 hours acky sore leg and knee that would not move is back to being 95% better and working again you rating of 5 stars is no enough 20 stars would be better all medical practices could learn from Dr Chong and his staff. Bravo

Successfully fixed my non-union femur trauma with femur revision and total hip replacement. It would be beneficial if the Doctor engaged more with his patients beyond just fixing the bones. Practice name includes “sports medicine “, but interest in fixing the effects of the trauma on my bicycling ability, and solutions to improve it seem to be beyond his scope.

Dr.Choung and his PA Nicole are awesome. The staff at his office is also unbelievable sweet. After breaking my ankle at another hospital and they put a splint on it, put me in bed. When I checked into another hospital Dr Choung and Nicole were on my case immediately. They showed me the xray, explained surgery and what they would do. He did an awesome job, very pleasant and explained things where I understood everything. I highly recommend him.

Dr Chong is one of the best doctors I ever met. You place a few joints of mine and I never felt better he's very caring and friendly I recommend him

It has now been 9 months since my "knee replacement" surgery. My knee has been misshapen since then. Some days I can barely walk due to the pain. It has become increasingly difficult to do my job. Dr Chung just keeps prescribing drugs that do nothing. At each appointment he says how well I am doing. He refuses to acknowledge that something is not correct with my knee. I would not recommend him to anyone for any type of surgery. Hopefully I can find another surgeon that can correct his blunder.
Not to mention the work I have missed and the expenses I have incurred. Good Day

Love Dr Choung. He's calm, reassuring, and I can make him laugh so that makes me happy!! He did right knee replacement and it turned out great. Also, the staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. Highly recommend
